Jeff Ertel

Jeff Ertel has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Jeff is currently working as an Executive Coach at CRA | Admired Leadership, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Leadership Coach at Chapter 3, an advisory firm focused on helping leaders and their teams perform better, starting in 2015. In the same year, they also took up the role of Managing Director at The Fahrenheit Group, a full-service advisory firm specializing in Accounting and Finance, Business Advisory, and Human Resources.

Before that, Jeff took a sabbatical in 2014 after a successful sale of Victor Technologies International, where they served as the CHRO and Executive Vice President from 2012 to 2014. Jeff was responsible for driving value creation and managing the global human resources function for the company's 2000 employees and 8 manufacturing sites.

Prior to Victor Technologies International, Jeff worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Treasury Wine Estates, a publicly traded wine company. Jeff also held various Vice President positions at Nestlé, where they served as a business partner to division CEOs and was responsible for managing HR functions for different divisions within the company.

In the early stages of their career, Jeff held sales roles as a Territory Sales Manager at The Hershey Company and Gallo Wine Company. Overall, Jeff's work experience showcases their expertise in leadership coaching, human resources, advisory services, and sales.

Jeff Ertel completed their MBA degree in Marketing at the Wisconsin School of Business from 1987 to 1988. Prior to that, they obtained their BBA degree in Marketing Major and Finance Minor from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, studying from 1981 to 1985.

In terms of additional certifications, Jeff obtained multiple certifications in various areas. Jeff completed the Global Leadership Coach certification from Global Coach Group in April 2021. In July 2019, they obtained the Hogan Assessments certification from Hogan Assessment Systems. In October 2016, they earned the Stakeholder Centered Coaching certification from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, and also acquired the ACC (Associate Certified Coach) certification from the International Coach Federation. Furthermore, in October 2014, Jeff obtained the Leadership Effectiveness Assessment - LEA 360 certification from MRG (Management Research Group).
