Fih Steve Dudley Mbs

Steve Dudley MBS, FIH has had an extensive career in the hospitality industry, starting as a Catering Manager at Harefield Hospital before moving on to become the Head of Catering Services at St. Patrick's Hospital. Steve then transitioned to the role of Regional Training Advisor at CERT before joining Fáilte Ireland, where Steve has held various positions including Manager of Business Development Services and Regional Enterprise Development Advisor. Steve holds a 1st Class Honours Masters in Travel & Tourism Management from University College Dublin and a degree in Hotel & Catering Management from Brighton MET.
