Luke Murray

Luke Murray is a seasoned professional in the tourism industry with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as an Officer for the Wild Atlantic Way at Fáilte Ireland since October 2020, Luke plays a key role in the 'Digital that Delivers' operational project team, aimed at enhancing the digital distribution capabilities of Irish tourism. Prior to this, Luke held the position of Groups, FITs and Local Partners Manager at Lally Tours / Beoga Travel, where responsibilities included driving inbound tour sales from the USA and managing local partner networks. Luke's background also includes roles such as Travel Coordinator, Tourism and Marketing Officer, and Bar Manager at the family-owned Doonmore Hotel, all contributing to a solid foundation in hospitality and customer service. Luke holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, Politics, and Marketing from the University of Galway, alongside a Level 6 Special Purpose Award in Regional Tour Guiding and additional education from Dublin City University.
