Hayley Hand

Hayley Hand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and advisory roles within the venture capital and social impact sectors. Currently self-employed as a coach since January 2023, Hayley also serves as an advisor for ImpactVC, which aims to harness venture capital to address urgent global challenges. As an Investment Director at Better Society Capital and a member of the steering group for Fair By Design, Hayley contributes to initiatives focused on social impact investment. Additionally, Hayley holds a role as an Executive Coach at ZINC and has a strong background with previous positions at EY-Parthenon, Social Business Trust, and FMO. Hayley holds a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching and a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
