Sophie Miller

Sophie Miller has worked for Fair Harbor since 2017, beginning as an intern and most recently holding the role of Wholesale and Operations Manager. In 2020, they also worked as a Marketing and Customer Service Intern, where they assisted a customer-base of 4,500 customers with detailed, personalized, polite and professional service to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Sophie was also responsible for co-managing all social media platforms, and supported the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer in developing social media content to engage customers. In 2019, they worked as a Product Development Intern for Victoria's Secret, and in 2018 they worked as an Intern, Product Development Team for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics and as a TRAC Fellow, Peer Writing Editor and Member Development & AMA Integration Officer for Lehigh University's Marketing Club.

Sophie Miller graduated from Lehigh University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Marketing. Prior to that, they attended Mamaroneck High School from 2013 to 2017.
