Miriam Keegan

Miriam Keegan is a dedicated professional in sustainability within the fashion industry, currently serving as a Social Compliance Associate at the Fair Labor Association since June 2023. As the founder of Sustainable Fashion Education, Miriam provides online sustainable development education and authored the approved course, Education for Sustainable Development Using Fabric & Fibre. Previous roles include Head of Sustainability at Aoife McNamara, where Miriam achieved B Corp certification and led company-wide sustainability initiatives, and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Delaware, facilitating courses in fashion innovation. Miriam's educational background includes a Master of Science in Fashion and Apparel Studies from the University of Delaware and ongoing studies in Carbon Accounting and Life Cycle Assessment at University College Dublin.
