Ryan Weaver

Ryan Weaver has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Ryan started their career at AMD as a Performance Analysis Engineer, where they focused on characterizing the performance of new technologies and predicting bandwidth growth. Ryan then moved on to Hewlett-Packard as a Firmware Design Engineer. In 2007, Ryan joined Fair Oaks Farms as a Strategic Planner, utilizing their background in design, engineering, and dairy to develop a themed outdoor play area. Ryan later took on roles as a Subway Restaurant Manager, Project Manager, and Strategic Project Manager at Fair Oaks Farms. From 2017 to 2020, Ryan served as the Director of Destination Development, leading various projects. Following this position, they held the role of Interim General Manager, overseeing the responsibilities previously held by the CEO, COO, and CSO. Currently, Ryan is the General Manager of Fair Oaks Farms, where they empower and leads a team of Directors and employees in growing the destination, which includes multiple museums, restaurants, a hotel, retail store, and seasonal events.

Ryan Weaver has a diverse education history. Ryan obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Davis, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of California, Davis Graduate School of Management, earning their MBA degree from 2003 to 2006. In 2011 to 2012, Ryan attended Moody Theological Seminary, where they received a Certificate in Spiritual Formation and Discipleship.
