Seth Moncado

Seth Moncado is a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Human Resources at Fair Oaks Farms since June 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Junior Sales Consultant in Trauma/Extremities at DePuy Synthes from November 2021 to June 2022, and as a Guest Service Manager at Pilot Flying J from June 2021 to November 2021. Seth also worked as a Membership Manager at Crossroads YMCA from January 2021 to June 2021. In the academic arena at Purdue University Northwest, Seth held multiple leadership roles, including College of Business Student Ambassador, President of the Society for Human Resource Management, and Vice President of SHRM. Prior to college, Seth's experience included working as a Machine Operator at BALEMASTER from June 2017 to July 2020. Seth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Purdue University Northwest, acquired between 2017 and 2021.
