Dop Troutman is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent management and office administration. Currently serving as the Director of Talent and Office Administration at The Chicago Community Trust since 2019, Dop oversees multiple functional areas, including compensation management, recruitment, workforce planning, and HR communications. Additionally, Dop operates as a Human Resources Consultant for DOPHR, specializing in bespoke consulting for small companies. With prior roles such as Regional Talent Manager at Saatchi & Saatchi X and Human Resources & Office Operations Manager at Make-A-Wish Illinois, Dop has a comprehensive understanding of HR functions across various organizations. Dop also held earlier positions as a Human Resources Generalist and Director of Operations at The Empower Program. Educational background includes studies at Shenandoah University.
