Bill Rainey is an accomplished barrister and resolution practitioner with extensive experience in workplace mediation, business transformation, and team development. Currently serving as a barrister at RaineyResolve and as the Chair of the Nelson Centre of Musical Arts Foundation Trust, Bill is dedicated to enhancing community access to music and the arts. In addition to these roles, Bill operates as a contemporary landscape artist and is involved in conflict resolution through Captain Conflict and FairWay Resolution Limited. Bill's background includes significant leadership roles, such as Manager of Business Transformation at the Royal NZ Plunket Society and Managing Director at Concordia International Ltd, where focus was placed on improving organizational culture and enhancing leadership effectiveness. Bill holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Victoria University of Wellington.
