La'Shaune Barker

La'Shaune Barker, PMP, DASM, currently serves as the Director of Program Management and Client Fulfillment at Fair360, where responsibilities include overseeing projects focused on sustainability and DEI initiatives while ensuring timely and high-quality client deliverables. Previously with Sodexo from December 2007 to February 2024, La'Shaune held various positions, including Program Coordinator in the Office of Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility, where leadership was provided in the development of the Better Tomorrow Certification Program and expansion of the Better Tomorrow Community of Practice. Additional roles included Project Specialist, establishing the Sodexo USA Headquarters Green Team, and Sr. Administrative Assistant. La'Shaune holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, expected in May 2026, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from The City College of New York.
