Faldi Kusumah has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Faldi currently works as an Operations Manager at Fairbanc, starting in August 2022. Prior to this, Faldi worked at Fabelio.com from 2017 to 2022. At Fabelio.com, they held multiple roles including Category Manager and Product Development Manager. As a Category Manager, they were responsible for analyzing competitors, expanding the product catalog, and building relationships with suppliers. As a Product Development Manager, they focused on competitor analysis, maintaining product quality, and collaborating with the Marketing and Category teams. Before Fabelio.com, Faldi worked as a Product Designer at PT Alexander Karya Utama (Alurliving) from 2016 to 2017, and as a Marketing Designer at Stella Mobili from 2014 to 2016.

Faldi Kusumah attended Institut Teknologi Nasional (ITENAS) from 2007 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design.
