Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Vice President and Director of Field Operations at Midwest Digital Systems, LLC, where successful negotiations for a multi-year contract generated over $2 million in revenue. Jason's career also includes significant roles at Sears Holdings Corporation and The Home Depot, focusing on loss prevention and risk management, with a track record of improving operational outcomes and reducing losses.
