Justin Lam

Justin Lam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management, sales, and training across various sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of the Agent Support Department at RIFO BC since April 2025, Justin oversees the integration of multiple divisions to support over 3,000 sales agents. Simultaneously, as a Radio Program Presenter and 2023 Radio Idol Champion at Fairchild Radio, Justin shares positive information and life strategies through the HT Cafe program. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Student Recruitment at Bodwell High School, where responsibilities involved education sales and international student recruitment, as well as positions in retail management and training at De Beers Group and Toscow Australia, where Justin drove business growth and implemented comprehensive retail strategies across the APAC region. Justin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication & Information System from Macquarie University.
