Fernando França (Mega) is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in technology leadership and development. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Faire since November 2022, Fernando has previously held prominent roles, including Principal at luizalabs and Head of Technology at PorQueNão?, where responsibilities included managing development teams and streamlining workflows. Co-founder of Codify.to, Fernando has also contributed as a Tech Lead at Doubleleft and held various technical positions at agencies such as Possible Worldwide and Gringo.nu. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from USP and a Master’s in Computing from the Waterford Institute of Technology, Fernando has a robust foundation in both technical skills and project management, spanning over two decades in the industry.
