Katie Leighton is the head of customer success at Faire. Katie has extensive experience in customer retention and success, having previously worked as the director of global customer retention strategy and scaled customer success at Box. Prior to that, they were a team leader at Kantar Retail Americas Consulting. Katie is passionate about helping their customers succeed and has a proven track record in doing so. Katie is an expert in their field and is always looking for ways to improve their skills and knowledge. Katie is a strong leader and motivator, and their team is always striving to meet and exceed their expectations.

Katie Leighton has a BA in Economics from Colgate University and attended Convent of the Sacred Heart and San Francisco Day School.
