Sandra White

Sandra White, PHR, SHRM-CP serves as the Director of Operations and Human Resources at Fairfax County Economic Development Authority since September 2017. Previously, Sandra held the title of Recruiting Manager and Insider Threat Program Senior Official at Employment Enterprises, Inc. from October 2000 to September 2017. In their role as a Recruiting Manager, Sandra was responsible for designing, maintaining, and monitoring the recruitment process within the organization, while also overseeing the team of Recruiters. As an Insider Threat Program Senior Official, Sandra managed the Security Staff and implemented the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual. Sandra's educational background includes George Mason University and George C. Marshall High School.
