Donna Castello, Chief Operating Officer, has the main mission of guiding the Company’s workflow strategy and organization of all essential business processes, including driving innovation, controlling costs, ensuring proper intra-team Company communication, promoting proper companywide knowledge transfer, driving Company growth, and taking full responsibility for the Company’s overall success strategies in pursuit of the Company’s strategic short-term and long-term goals as stated by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Donna has been a certified PMP since 2005 and holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from Western Illinois University.
