Karen Cornell

Karen Cornell has an extensive background in education and school leadership roles. From being a Head of English Department at Light Hall School to their current position as Trust Leadership and School Improvement at Fairfax Multi-Academy Trust, Karen has shown a commitment to enriching the lives and futures of young people. With experience as a Head of Academy, Behaviour Lead, Progress Leader, and Assistant Head of 6th Form, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literary Studies from Staffordshire University and a PGCE in English Language and Literature from Loughborough University.
