Dr. Theresa Poussaint

Dr. Theresa Poussaint serves as the President and CEO of Navigate Your Destiny, where responsibilities include motivational speaking and professional training and coaching since September 2013. In academia, Dr. Poussaint holds positions as an Adjunct Professor at Fairfax University of America, Strayer University, and previously at the Jack Welch Management Institute and Virginia International University, teaching a range of undergraduate and graduate courses in business. Additionally, Dr. Poussaint has held various leadership roles on nonprofit boards, including as Board Co-Chair of Kid Power, Inc. and as a Board Member of the Collington Foundation. With a strong background in alumni relations at the University of Maryland University College, Dr. Poussaint has also managed loss prevention services at HMSHost. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Management, MBA, and BS in Communications, all from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
