Marlee E. Franzen, PE, PMP, CMRP, currently serves as the Manager of Transmission at Fairfax Water, a position held since October 2022. Franzen imparts knowledge as a Project Management Course Instructor at EUCI, teaching water distribution system operations and project management skills tailored for water and wastewater professionals.
