Eileen Scully is an accomplished founder and leader with a robust background in fostering women's empowerment and community engagement. Currently serving as the Founder of The Rising Tides since July 2015, Eileen drives a mission to cultivate a supportive work culture for women at all life stages. Additionally, Eileen holds the position of Vice Chair for the Fund for Women and Girls at Fairfield County's Community Foundation, promoting the safety and economic security of women and girls. Eileen's previous roles include board membership at The Get In Touch Foundation, advisory work for Innovadores Foundation, and a speaker engagement at TED Conferences. Eileen possesses a broad expertise in strategy and communications from various positions, including Director of Strategy at AdExchanger and Director of Social Media at Kayak for a Cause. Educationally, Eileen is pursuing a Women’s Entrepreneurship Certificate at Cornell University, following a degree from Hofstra University.
