Danny J. Cleaver

Danny J. Cleaver, MSRE, is an Acquisition Analyst at Fairfield Residential since November 2022. Previously, Danny served as a Transaction Management Specialist at CBRE from December 2018 to April 2022, where responsibilities included pipeline review, transaction reporting, and managing client relationships for a diverse range of accounts. Danny coordinated due diligence processes and supported transaction managers, contributing to a record-breaking year with 406 transactions and 58 closings in 2021. Earlier experience includes a role as a Transaction Management Coordinator, assisting with brokerage and marketing teams, and a Research Assistant position at the University of Idaho. Danny holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Idaho.
