Hazel Webster

Hazel Webster, HCCP, is an experienced community management professional with a strong background in property management and housing administration. Currently serving as Community Manager at Fairfield Residential since May 2022, Hazel previously worked as an Assistant Manager and Property Manager at Mission Rock Residential, LLC from October 2018 to May 2022. Prior experience includes managing a 139-home townhome community at Hercules Living from September 2010 to September 2018, as well as overseeing financial and daily operations of a property with 223 townhomes. Earlier roles include Assistant Community Manager at Chesterfield County and Housing Specialist at Richmond Redevelopment & Housing Authority. Hazel holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from John Tyler Community College.
