Mary Nicoletta has a strong background in law and real estate. Mary began their career as a Legal Administrative Assistant at Butler, Oden & Jackson, P.C. from September 2011 to June 2012. Mary then gained experience as a Summer Clerk at the United States Attorney's Office, District of Arizona, Criminal Division from May 2013 to August 2013. Following that, they worked as an Associate at Latham & Watkins from October 2015 to March 2021. Mary currently holds the position of Real Estate Counsel at Fairfield Residential since March 2021, and later was promoted to Vice President and Real Estate Counsel in January 2022. Additionally, they served as a Collegiate Development Consultant at Delta Gamma from June 2010 to May 2011.
