Matt Clark

Matt Clark has a diverse work experience in the real estate and investment banking industries. Matt currently holds the position of Senior Vice President - Dispositions at Fairfield Residential since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President - Acquisitions at the same company from July 2014 to January 2023. Before joining Fairfield Residential, Matt worked as a Director at Moran & Company from October 2010 to July 2014. Matt also has significant experience at Fairfield Residential as an Acquisitions Officer from May 2002 to October 2010, where they were responsible for the acquisition of existing apartment communities and involved in various financial and management activities. Matt began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Tucker Anthony Sutro Capital Markets from June 2000 to October 2001.

Matt Clark attended Valley Catholic High School in Beaverton, OR for an unspecified period before 1996. From 1996 to 2000, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General at the University of Notre Dame.
