Stephanie Johnston is a seasoned professional in property management with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Property Management and Executive Vice President at Fairfield Residential since June 2025, Stephanie has held numerous executive positions at RPM Living from June 2020 to June 2025, including Division President and Executive Vice President of Operations. Prior to this, Stephanie worked at Alliance Residential Company and Rivendell Global Real Estate Inc. in roles such as Regional Vice President and Director of Real Estate Operations. Additional experience includes positions at The Scion Group, Landmark Properties, Inc., and Greystar, where responsibilities spanned from operations management to leasing.
