Lilly Kemm

Lilly Kemm, BSN, RN, is an experienced nursing professional with a strong background in emergency care and education. Currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty member at Fairfield University since January 2023, Lilly instructs senior nursing students in hands-on skills and facilitates immersive learning experiences. At Yale New Haven Hospital, employed since October 2018 as a Clinical Nurse II in the Emergency Department and Trauma, Lilly manages a diverse patient caseload and plays a critical role in patient coordination and mentorship of new nurses. Previous involvement includes leadership as Chair of the Delegate Committee for the Fairfield University Student Nurses Association and contributions as a Research Assistant at Egan School of Nursing. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Fairfield University, completed in 2023.
