Jaydeep Chauhan

Jaydeep Chauhan has extensive experience in product development and management, particularly in the dairy and beverage industry. Their most recent position was as the Director of Product Development at fairlife, LLC, which they started in 2018. Prior to this, they spent 12 years at PepsiCo Inc, where they held various roles including Product Development Manager, Associate Principal Scientist, and Senior Scientist. During their time at PepsiCo, they led product development activities, managed cross-functional teams, and developed product pipelines. Before joining PepsiCo, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Washington State University, where they conducted research on flavor binding properties of WPC. Jaydeep also has experience in dairy operations and quality control from their roles at Baroda Dairy, Panchamrut Dairy, and Vidya Dairy. Overall, Jaydeep Chauhan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in product development and management in the dairy and beverage industry.

Jaydeep Chauhan obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Dairy Technology from Gujarat Agricultural University from 1996 to 2000. Jaydeep then pursued a Masters in Food Science from Washington State University from 2004 to 2006. Jaydeep also obtained a Master of Science in Food Science from the same university during the same period. In addition to their degrees, they obtained the certification of PMP - Project Management Professional from PMI in November 2011.
