Ray McGuire

Ray McGuire, CSP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Safety at fairlife, LLC since July 2025. Previously, Ray spent over two decades at Nestlé, holding various leadership roles, including Director of Operations Start-up and Safety Health & Environmental Director, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the construction of a $930 million factory, implementing safety and environmental policies, and managing operational budgets. Ray's background also includes significant military service as a Civil Affairs Officer in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard, along with earlier roles in production and management across multiple industries. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Wofford College.
