Russell Roth-Peltz has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Russell started their career in 2007 as a Fencing Instructor and Armorer at Clarkstown Central School District. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Electronic Text Lab Technician at Boston University Office of Disability Services. In 2013, they joined Neurocare Center for Research as a Client Service Coordinator. In 2014, they joined MEDITECH as a Financial Application Specialist and later became a Senior Financial Client Support Specialist. In 2019, they joined Fairmarkit as a Customer Experience Specialist and progressively moved up to Customer Experience Manager and Senior Customer Experience Manager. Currently, they are working as a Team Lead, Customer Care at Fairmarkit. Additionally, in 2021, they worked as an Event Coach at Urban Axes.

Russell Roth-Peltz completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical Civilizations, Latin, and History at Boston University College of Arts and Sciences from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they also attended Technische Universität Dresden in 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, General. Prior to their college education, Russell attended Clarkstown South High School from 2005 to 2009. As for additional certifications, they obtained a certification in "How to Use LinkedIn Learning" from LinkedIn in July 2023.
