Aviv Nahon

Aviv Nahon is a Data Science Lead at Fairmatic, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they were a Data Science Team Lead and Data Scientist at Riskified from 2018 to 2023. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Data Scientist at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they were involved in a machine learning project with Israeli agritech companies, led a group of students in developing a Machine Learning based prediction system for physicians, and was a Data Scientist in a machine learning project with the semiconductors company Bruker Corp. In 2015, they held a student position as an Engineer at ECI Telecom.

Aviv Nahon attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. Aviv then returned to Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a Master of Science in Statistics and Data Science.
