Sara Johnson

Sara Johnson has held a number of roles in the customer service and sales industries. From 2013-2015, they were the Commerical Lines Account Manager at R.L. Milsner, Inc. Sara then moved to CarMax where they were a Salesperson from 2014-2015. From 2015-2018, they were the Personal Lines Account Manager & Habitational Lines Administrator at American Benefits Inc. Finally, from 2018-2022, they were the Director of Customer Success at Appulate, Inc., as well as the Manager of Agent Development and Training and Agent Ambassador. Sara is currently the Director of Customer Success at Fairmatic.

Sara Johnson attended SAE Expression College from 2010 to 2013, majoring in Audio Engineering. Sara also attended California State University, Stanislaus from 2007 to 2009.
