Program and Project Management

The Program and Project Management team at FAIRMED is responsible for overseeing and executing health programs focused on improving access to healthcare for impoverished communities in Africa and Asia. The team coordinates and manages projects across various regions, including Cameroon, the Central African Republic, India, Sri Lanka, and Nepal, ensuring alignment with FAIRMED's vision of eradicating leprosy and poverty-related diseases. They handle project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation to enhance health outcomes and reduce discrimination against those affected by illness or disability.
