Megan Waters is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy consulting and international trade. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Advisor for the FAIRR Initiative and a Strategic Advisor for the Oak Foundation, Megan focuses on antibiotics, livestock, and human health. In 1999, Megan founded Strategic Solutions Campaign Advisors, providing strategic advice to non-profits and foundations aimed at promoting sustainable food systems. Former roles include Director of Canadian Affairs at the Executive Office of the President and Senior International Trade Specialist at the U.S. Department of Commerce, where Megan specialized in trade agreements. Megan's academic background includes a Master's degree in Economic History from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Smith College, complemented by studies at the University of Strasbourg.
