Caroline Marois

Caroline Marois has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Caroline most recently served as the Vice President of People and Engagement at Financière Fairstone. Prior to that, they were the Director of People and Culture at Parkland Fuel Corporation. Caroline also held positions as the Director of Human Resources at Gildan and Mexx Canada Company. Caroline began their career at Johnson & Johnson as a Health and Safety Coordinator before moving on to positions at Tommy Hilfiger Canada and Le Groupe Lavergne. Overall, their work experience spans over two decades and demonstrates their expertise in managing and developing human resources strategies.
