Cristina Hickman

Dr Cristina Hickman has over 10 years of experience in the fertility industry. Dr Cristina began their career in 2010 as a Consultant Clinical Embryologist for Mouwasat Medical Services. In 2013, they became the Head of Embryology for The Fertility Partnership. In 2015, they were a Lecturer and Supervisor at Imperial College London. In 2016, they founded IVF Professionals Limited, an ART consulting service. In 2017, they were a Scientific Representative for the British Fertility Society. In 2019, they held multiple roles including Co-Founder & co-owner of Aria Fertility, Chief Scientific Officer of Apricity, and Executive Director, International Embryology of TMRW Life Sciences, Inc. In 2021, they became the Chief Clinical Officer of Fairtility. Currently, they are the Founder & Managing Director of Avenues.life.

Dr Cristina Hickman's education history includes a PhD in Embryology from The University of Edinburgh (2005-2010), an MSc in Reproduction and Fertility from the University of Aberdeen (2003-2004), a PG Dip in Mammalian Reproduction and Fertility from The Scottish Agricultural College (2003), and a BSc (Hons) in Oceanography with Marine Biology from the University of Southampton (2000-2003). Dr Cristina also attended St. Paul's School in Sao Paulo.
