Katia Grabert is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at Fairtrade International since April 2008, where responsibilities include managing recruitment, implementing training and development cycles, leading change management processes, and overseeing administrative operations. In an interim role as Head of People and Organization Development, Katia has led the development and delivery of the people strategy, as well as implemented organizational policies and change management programs. Previous roles include HR Officer at UNEP/CMS and various consultancy positions in organizations such as the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification and the International Paralympic Committee. Katia holds a degree in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Geneva and additional qualifications in Human Resources and International Studies from recognized institutions.
