Fairtrade International
Rudolf Dema has extensive experience in external relations and data analysis within the non-profit sector, currently serving at Fairtrade International since September 2021, where responsibilities include information dissemination and managing user access rights on various platforms while ensuring GDPR compliance. Previously, Rudolf worked with the Forest Stewardship Council International as part of the project management team, focusing on audience segmentation strategies and KPI analysis. Additional experiences include roles at EADI European Association of Development Research and Training Institutes, where content management and logistics support were key tasks, and internships at Global Public Policy Institute, German Development Institute, and Zentrum für Entwicklungsforschung, contributing to various projects related to humanitarian evaluations and climate initiatives. Rudolf holds an M.Sc. in Geography of Environmental Risk and Human Security from the United Nations University Institute for Environment and Human Security and studied at The University of Bonn.
