Sheila Shankar

Sheila Shankar serves as the Director of Operations at Fairview Health Services, a position held since January 2022, contributing expertise in consumer innovation. Previously, Sheila worked as the Division Administrator for the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Northwestern Medicine from March 2016 to December 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Section Administrator in the Department of Surgery and Administrative Fellow at the University of Chicago Medicine, along with serving as Project Manager in Medical Affairs and Administrative Project Assistant in Human Resources at Rush University Medical Center. Sheila holds a Master of Science in Health Systems Management from Rush University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington.
