Tyler Desmarais, CPA

Tyler Desmarais, CPA has a wealth of work experience. Tyler began their career in 2010 as a Weight Room Assistant and Executive Board Member Residence Life at the University of Portland. Tyler also worked as a Seasonal Maintenance at the Port of Everett from 2010-2012. In 2013, they began an internship at the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network. In 2014, they became a Senior Tax Accountant and Tax Staff Accountant at Moss Adams LLP. From 2018-2021, they worked as a Tax Manager - Partnership Taxation and Senior Associate - Partnership Taxation at Grant Thornton LLP. Finally, in 2022, they began their current role as VP of Tax Planning at Fairway America.

Tyler Desmarais, CPA, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from the University of Portland in 2014. In 2017, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Oregon Board of Accountancy.
