Edwin Rivera

Edwin Rivera has extensive experience in the construction industry, holding various roles throughout their career. Edwin is currently the Director of Preconstruction at Fairway Construction Co., Inc., starting in 2023. Before that, they served as the President of Warrior CM, Inc. from 2019 onwards, where they provided management services for construction projects and represented clients during the design and construction process. Prior to that, Edwin was the President of Bellator Development, LLC, a full-service development and construction company specializing in various types of construction projects. Edwin also served as a Senior Project Manager at Teramore Development, LLC, where they managed and maintained the company's property portfolio. Edwin has also worked as a Project Manager/Estimator at JCI General Contractors, Inc. and Brandon Construction, and held positions as a Consultant at Edwin Rivera Construction Consulting and as the VP of Florida Operations at Dietze Contraction Group, Inc. Earlier in their career, they were the Senior Estimator at Benderson Development and served as the President of LENC, Inc., a Design-Build Construction Company. Edwin's expertise spans across a wide range of construction services, including project management, estimating, preconstruction services, budget control, and job site supervision.

Edwin Rivera obtained their Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida. Edwin attended the university from 1996 to 1999.
