Deanna Daughhetee

Deanna Daughhetee is an accomplished professional in the mortgage lending industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation since March 2019. In this role, Deanna has focused on building branch operations, including developing the marketing team and enhancing processes for efficiency and consistency. Prior to Fairway, Deanna worked as the AEM Division Manager at Finance of America Mortgage LLC from February 2018 to February 2019, where responsibilities included integrating operations after the acquisition of American Equity Mortgage. Deanna's extensive experience began with founding American Equity Mortgage, Inc. in 1992 and leading it as President & CEO until February 2018. Deanna holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Accounting from Eastern Illinois University.
