Eric Thompson

Eric Thompson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer and vCIO at Fairway IT Solutions since October 2022, Eric previously held positions at Ntiva, Inc., where responsibilities included vCTO of Digital Transformation and Service Desk Manager. A veteran with over 11 years in the United States Marine Forces Reserve, Eric was a Transmissions Chief and Staff Sergeant. Additional experience includes roles as a System Engineer and Systems Administrator at Equilibrium IT Solutions and a Work Study Student within the Veteran Service Team at Waubonsee Community College. Eric’s educational background includes studies at Waubonsee Community College from 2013 to 2014.
