Bryan Ford has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Bryan began their career at Rhodia, Inc as a Bill of Material Technician in 1997. Bryan then moved on to work as a Mechanical Designer at Pan-Tech from 1998 to 2001. Bryan then joined Allied Tube & Conduit, where they held various roles including Pickle Line Supervisor, Production Supervisor, and Manufacturing Maintenance Coordinator from 2001 to 2003. Afterward, they joined Copperweld as a General Foreman and Assistant General Foreman, where they supervised a department and initiated projects for upgrades and improvements. Currently, Bryan is the Director of Facilities & Engineering at Faith Church, responsible for overseeing building engineering, maintenance, and energy efficiency upgrades for multiple church locations in Northwest Indiana.

Bryan Ford obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University in 2001. Additionally, they obtained the CMfgT Certified Manufacturing Technologist certification from the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) in January 2001.
