Narci Fierro

Narci Fierro, M.A., SPHR, SCP, DTM has extensive experience in human resources management. Narci is currently working as the Culture & Human Resources Director at Faith Electric, LLC. Prior to this, Narci served as the Human Resources Director at Hartmark Cabinet Design and Manufacturing Inc. from December 2019 to June 2021, where they were responsible for various HR functions including safety, recruitment, payroll, and COVID-19 employer compliance.

Before their role at Hartmark, Narci worked as the Human Resources Director at Williams Comfort Products from June 2012 to September 2019. Narci Fierro holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton. In addition to their educational background, they have obtained several certifications including Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in August 2021, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in August 2015, and a Corporate Coaching Program from Coach U in 2016. Narci is also certified in DISC by both Take Flight Learning and PeopleKeys, Inc.
