Sara Lallensack

Sara Lallensack is an experienced IT and HR professional with a diverse background in business systems analysis and implementation, particularly in Workday applications. Currently serving as a Senior IT Business Partner at Faith Technologies since May 2024, Sara previously held various roles at Thrivent from March 2018 to May 2024, including IT Engineering Manager and multiple positions focused on business systems analysis and human resource information systems. Earlier career experiences include consulting for OneSource Virtual, working in human resources for Bemis Company, Inc., and holding positions in recruitment and customer service. Sara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Marian University of Fond du Lac, as well as an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management from Fox Valley Technical College.
