Jonése Smit

Jonése Smit has worked in the food industry for the past three years. In 2021, they joined Faithful to Nature as a Product Technologist/Analyst and a Trainee NPD Technologist. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2021, they worked at Babylonstoren as a Junior Food Scientist and a Food Science Intern - Industry Training.

Jonése Smit is currently pursuing a Master's degree in MSc Food and Nutrition Security at Stellenbosch University since 2020. Jonése is also taking a Fintech Innovations Specialization MOOC at the University of Michigan since 2022, as well as Python for Everybody Specialization MOOC, Applied Data Science with Python Specialization MOOC and Relational Databases and SQL MOOC at the same University. Jonése Smit previously obtained a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from Stellenbosch University in 2019.
