Hannah Davis

Hannah Davis is an experienced professional in strategic asset management, currently serving as a Director and Team Lead for the Strategic Asset Management Team at Faithful+Gould since August 2001. In this role, Hannah is involved in the Technical Advisory team for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, managing Green Mark and LEED certification processes, conducting life cycle costing analyses, and overseeing facilities management procurement. Additionally, as a Whole Life Value Consultant, Hannah generates lifecycle cost forecasts for various sectors. Concurrently, at AtkinsRéalis, Hannah leads the Sustainability and Asset Management Team in London and the South East while acting as the Project and Programme Services Asset Management Technical Lead. Hannah holds a Master’s degree in Construction Economics and Management from UCL and a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Westminster.
