Cphq Racha Abou Chahine Fisqua

Racha Abou Chahine, CPHQ, FISQua, has a diverse work experience in various healthcare organizations. Racha currently serves as the Quality and Risk Management Director at Fakeeh University Hospital, where they started in June 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Magnet & Quality Manager at the same hospital from December 2021 to June 2022.

Racha also holds the position of FISQua at ISQua, starting in December 2021. Racha was a Global Leadership panel member at Fight Cancer Global starting from July 2020.

In 2019, Racha worked as an Accreditation & Nursing Excellence Advisor at Confidential and served as an International DAISY Ambassador at The DAISY Foundation. During their tenure at The DAISY Foundation, they took on additional roles such as MC DAISY International DAY in April 2022 and DAISY Conference Scientific Committee Cochair.

Racha is a Certified in Magnet Program Guidance by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and also holds the CPHQ designation from the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ).

Racha served as the Acting Quality Director at FUH from July 2022 to December 2022. Prior to that, they worked in Quality Management at Valiant Clinic & Hospital from March 2021 to December 2021.

Furthermore, Racha has contributed their expertise as a Speaker, MC, and Scientific Board Member at the Middle East International Nursing and Midwifery Congress organized by Maarefah Management in November 2020.

Racha Abou Chahine, CPHQ, FISQua completed their Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the Lebanese University between 2002 and 2006. Racha further pursued their education and earned a Master's Degree in Nursing Administration from the American University of Beirut, which they completed from 2008 to 2011.
